Our Process:

  1. You contact us - we will ask you for a number of details relating to your case. 
  2. We reach out to any number of lawyers who we think specialise or have expertise your particular case. We may consider a number of factors in this decision, some of which are:
- Type of case and experience of lawyer in that area
- Locations of client and lawyer
- Availability of lawyer
- Price range provided by client

These discussions will involve passing the lawyer some of all of the clients details.
3. If we believe that the client's case is suitable for the lawyer, we will pass the client's contact details to the lawyer.
4. The lawyer will then follow up with the client. This typically involves discussions between the lawyer and client regarding the client's case, to confirm that the correct referral has been made. Our involvement with the referral process ends once the lawyer is connected with the client.
5. We receive feedback on the progress of the case, and on the outcome. This is an essential part of the process, as it allows us to improve our match making process.

    We verify that, at the time of referral, all lawyers referred through our service hold current and valid practicing certificates for New Zealand. This ensures that the professionals you work with are fully qualified, and authorised to practice law in New Zealand.
