Do we provide legal advice?

We do not provide legal advice. We put prospective clients in contact with legal service providers who, we believe, can form a mutually beneficial relationship. It is the legal service provider who, upon engagement by the client, is able to provide legal advice, not Boswick Legal Support.

For more information, see our terms of service.

How do we ensure client confidentiality?

Client information is shared with lawyers only when necessary for the referral process and is always handled with the highest level of confidentiality.

For more information, see our privacy policy.

How do we charge for our services?

We do not directly charge clients who are seeking legal service providers. All costs incurred by this service will be covered by the legal service providers, by way of commission.

For more about our pricing, visit our pricing page.

Do we guarantee the outcome of a case?

We do not guarantee any outcome. We have yet to encounter a lawyer who will guarantee the outcome of any case.

Why use this service?

We believe that we have an immensely valuable service that benefits both clients and lawyers. We assist clients in finding expert lawyers who specialise in their specific legal needs, and match lawyers with cases that align with their areas of expertise.

What is the fee structure?

We charge a fixed percentage fee based on the amount billed to the client (a referral fee based on commission).

For more about our pricing, visit our pricing page.

Other services offered to legal service providers will be quoted on individually. These can include, but are not limited to, onboarding documentation generation, and the client onboarding process.

How can we support and add value to lawyers?

We help lawyers by connecting them with referred clients whose cases align with their area of expertise. This reduces the stress of client acquisition, allowing lawyers to focus on their work and perform more effectively.

Do lawyers have to accept all referred clients?

Lawyers are under no obligation to accept any referred client. They should only take on clients whose cases align with their areas of expertise.

How can lawyers sign up with us?

When you contact us, we will arrange a time to meet in person. This is where we discuss the areas of practice for the lawyer and the types of cases the lawyer is willing to take on, along with other information such as what courts they typically attend.
